Mortgage advisor

Specific activities include: 

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, helping them secure the best possible mortgage products to suit their needs.
• Assist clients with financial planning, ensuring they have a clear path to achieving their financial goals.
• Develop personalised mortgage solutions, considering each client’s financial circumstances and long-term plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and financial services, ensuring you can offer the best options to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support throughout their mortgage journey.
• Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, ensuring all advice and solutions are compliant and in the best interest of the client. 

Essential 

• Strong understanding of the mortgage and financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of developing personalised mortgage plans.
• Ability to stay informed on market trends and changes in regulations that may affect clients. 

• QFA/APA
• Experience in Mortgages
• Strong understanding of Finance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Relevant qualifications in Finance or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
